Success Story
AEI was called on to over-drill and plug a 265 foot, 4-inch stainless steel monitor well inside Building 3001 on Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City. Because of sensitive aeronautical equipment in the building, conventional air or water rotary drilling was deemed too risky. The monitor well was completed using hollow-stem augers (6-5/8" ID x 12" OD) to a total depth of 267 feet, over-drilling all well material and, after proper abandonment, meeting all applicable OWRB rules and regulations.
